Blippi Standing With Hands on Hips Outline

A cartoon man stands facing forward with both hands on his hips and a big open-mouth smile. He wears a flat newsboy cap with panel seams, large round glasses with circle-in-circle eyes, and a small bow tie at his collar. His short-sleeved collared shirt has a center button line, and two suspenders run down to high-waisted pants with a long straight leg shape. His rolled sleeves, small ears and chin beard are all outlined, and he ends in two simple shoes at the bottom. The big open areas on the shirt and pants are easy for little hands to fill. Try a classic look with a bright bow tie and matching suspenders, then ask kids to pick a pattern for the cap, like stripes or checks. This printable page works well for quiet time at home or in class.
