Bold-Outline Flamingo With Beak Pointing Lower Left

Bold-Outline Flamingo With Beak Pointing Lower Left coloring page

Coloring guide

A single flamingo stands upright on two very long, thin legs, drawn in bold black outline with plenty of white space inside. Its neck makes a deep S curve, and the head bends down so the large hooked beak points toward the lower left. You can see a round eye, a beak with a darker tip section, and feather lines on the folded wing and the pointed tail. A few small marks near the chest and belly suggest fluffy feathers, and tiny ripple strokes sit at the bottom near the feet. Because the shapes are large and the lines are clean, it works well for younger kids. Try pink and coral shades on the body, then talk about why flamingos stand on those tall legs. Older children can shade the wing feathers in two or three tones for depth. It is a free printable that is easy to start on.
