Boy Waving at a Robot Dinosaur, Rusty Rivets Style
Coloring guide
A young boy in a bandana, T-shirt and cargo shorts waves up at a big, smiling robot dinosaur standing upright on its hind legs. The dino is made from riveted metal plates and has round ear-like discs, gears on its shoulder and hip, jointed claws and a segmented tail with spiky plates. Behind them are rounded bushes, a wooden fence and tufts of grass scattered over the ground. Clear outlines and large metal sections make it easy to color, and kids who like a mix of open spaces and small details such as rivets and gears will enjoy it. Silver, blue and orange on the robot help the gears stand out, and a bright red bandana looks great on the boy. Print this free page for a fun afternoon activity. Add this to your Rusty Rivets coloring page collection, alongside Skye (PAW Patrol) and Rocky (PAW Patrol).

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big dinosaur body: color the belly, neck, and tail with bright green, leaving the snout and jaw for later.
- 2Fill the chest, back, and body bands with warm orange, and color the lower jaw and snout tip with pale yellow.
- 3Color the grass and bushes in grass green and forest green, then add the boy's bandana in bright red and his face and hands in peach.
- 4Use sky blue for the boy's shirt and sneakers, khaki tan for his shorts, and light gray for the dinosaur's claws and gear wheels, keeping the eye whites, teeth, and the boy's shoe highlights white.
- 5Optional: Add a little deep orange shading along the dinosaur's belly and tail for depth, and finish the mouth in coral pink.
