Breakfast in Bed Tray for Mother's Day
Coloring guide
Someone has set up a surprise morning treat here: a wooden tray resting on a cozy bed. On it sits a tall stack of pancakes, with syrup running down the sides and strawberries and a blueberry piled on top. Next to that are a heart-covered teacup on a saucer with a tea bag tag, and a small scalloped bowl of strawberries. A single long-stemmed rose stands in a heart-decorated vase beside the plate. Behind the tray you'll spot a big fluffy pillow and a bed frame with round knobs, and a blanket scattered with hearts covers the bottom of the page. Kids can print it free and use it for a handmade card or gift for mom. Golden amber syrup, bright red strawberries and a deep pink or red rose look great, and little ones can pick whatever colors they like for the heart blanket. Fans of Mother's Day coloring pages often like Back to School and Summer as well.

- 1Start with the big blanket areas: color the bottom blankets and the quilt in soft pink, and the folds of the lower blanket on both sides in lavender.
- 2Color the pillows in pink and the wooden headboard, bedposts, and tray in warm wood brown, leaving the thin headboard top arch white.
- 3Fill the rose, its petals, and the hearts on the quilt in strawberry red, keeping the small highlights on the rose white.
- 4Paint the pancakes in butter yellow, the plate and cups in cream white, and the honey syrup drips in caramel and golden yellow.
- 5Color the leaves and rose stem in leaf green, the coffee in the cup in coffee brown, the vase in cream white with a red heart, and the blueberry in navy blue.
- 6Optional: Add the strawberries in the bowl in strawberry red, the bowl in pale blue, and leave the bowl highlights and the plate shadow white.
