Brooklyn Bridge Stone Tower and Cables Drawing

Coloring guide
A big suspension bridge fills this page, drawn from low on the water looking up at one massive stone tower. The tower has pointed arch openings and rows of individual bricks, and thin cables fan out from the top in long straight lines. The deck stretches off to the left and right with crisscross truss railings along the edge. A second tower sits far in the distance, and a few simple buildings and small trees line the shoreline under a wide empty sky. The water in front is left blank. Try coloring the bricks in several warm browns and grays, one block at a time, to make the stonework feel real. It also works well for a lesson on bridges, since kids can trace the cables from the tower down to the roadway. The page is free to print, and fine pens or colored pencils suit the small details best.
