A chubby, smiling Bulbasaur holds a small watering can in both paws and sprinkles a patch of flowers. A few droplets fall from the spout. The big bulb on its back is drawn with soft curved lines, and the round cheeks and shiny eyes make it look sweet and cheerful. Daisy-style blooms sit on the left, tulips grow on both sides, and little leaves and grass tufts run along the ground. Up top, a sun with straight rays shines next to two fluffy clouds. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big head and body with mint green, leaving the eye whites and the small shine spots white.
- 2Fill the bulb on the back and the tall leaves with lime green, then add forest green on the leaf tips and the darker spots near the ears and arm.
- 3Color the two clouds with sky blue and the sun with golden yellow, keeping the sun's rays as outlines.
- 4Paint the pink flowers and tulip with rose pink, the purple flowers and tulip with lavender purple, and the orange flowers with tangerine orange; make the flower centers golden yellow.
- 5Color the watering can golden yellow, the open mouth salmon pink, the cheeks rose pink, and leave the water drops white.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker shade of mint green along the belly and under the tail for a bit of depth.
