Bunny Hugs in the Garden, True and the Rainbow Kingdom

Coloring guide
A cheerful little girl with two hair buns kneels in the grass, hugging a fluffy floppy-eared bunny to her chest. She has short sleeves and overalls with a round button on the strap, and her big sparkly eyes and wide smile make the moment sweet. Tall daisies with long leaves bloom on both sides, smaller flowers sit near the bottom corners, and grass tufts cover the ground. Three butterflies flutter in the upper corners and beside her head. Younger kids can handle the big overall shapes, the bunny's fur and the petals, while the hair, grass blades and butterfly wings give older kids more to do. Lavender or pink overalls and yellow daisy centers would look lovely. Print this free page for kids and coloring fans of all ages. Kids who like True and the Rainbow Kingdom coloring pages usually enjoy Lego Friends and Rainbow Rangers too.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- denim blue
- peach skin
- chestnut brown
- light gray
- rose pink
- leaf green
- soft yellow
- lavender purple
- golden yellow
- lime green
- sky blue
- dusty rose
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: color the girl's face, neck, arms and hands in peach skin, and the bunny's body in light gray, leaving the bunny's paw highlights and the cheek shine white.
- 2Color the hair and both buns in chestnut brown, then add the rose pink hair tie on the side bun. Leave the small shine spots on the hair white.
- 3Fill the overalls in denim blue and the shirt in soft yellow. Keep the white shine on the shoe and the bunny's paws uncolored.
- 4Paint the flowers next: rose pink petals with golden yellow centers on the left flower, lavender purple petals on the right flower, and the white daisies at the bottom with golden yellow centers. Add leaf green leaves and lime green grass and stems.
- 5Color the butterflies in golden yellow, rose pink and sky blue, then finish the bunny's ears and the pink shoe with a few small details.
- 6Optional: Add a few light scribbles with a slightly darker shade of each color to give the drawing a soft, hand-colored look.
