Calico Critters Friends and Rainbow Stage Scene

Five little animal characters in Calico Critters style stand around a small stage with the curtains tied back. The scene is drawn sideways on the page, so you can turn it to color. The stage backdrop shows a rainbow with fluffy clouds, three balloons, several butterflies, a smiling sun, and a scalloped border of flowers. Two long-eared bunnies stand together, one with a headband and a little bird shape on her head. Another critter wears a flower crown. Two more at the front wear headbands, one with antennae and a striped outfit, the other with pointed ears and a cloud-shaped hat. A tall window with many panes sits in the corner. This free printable works well for a color-matching activity: color the rainbow in order, then choose a different outfit color for each character so the stage looks like a real show.
