Cartoon Koala Climbing a Slanted Eucalyptus Trunk

Coloring guide
A wide-eyed cartoon koala clings to a slanted tree trunk, one arm stretched out and wrapped around the wood. Its big round ears are fluffy at the edges, and it has a large oval nose and two round eyes that look downward. The koala's legs are bent as its foot grips the trunk near a cut branch stub with circular ring lines. A second branch stub sticks out on the left, and two big leafy clumps fill the top of the page where the trunk splits into forks. The shapes are large and the lines are clean, so this one works well for younger kids. Try gray or soft brown for the koala's fur and a different shade for the tree, then use the ring patterns on the cut branch ends to talk about how trees grow.
