Cartoon Koala Clinging to a Tree Trunk

Cartoon Koala Clinging to a Tree Trunk coloring page

Coloring guide

A wide-eyed cartoon koala hugs a tree trunk, with one arm stretched across the wood and its foot gripping the surface below. The big round eyes look downward, and the koala has a large solid black oval nose that stands out against the white page. Two big round ears have little tufts of fur along their edges, and a few spiky hairs stick up from the top of the head. The legs and body also have fuzzy, jagged outlines to show the fur. The trunk is drawn with simple lines running down the left side, with a short branch stub near the top. Try soft grays for the fur, browns for the bark, and a bright pop of color in the eyes. It also works well for talking about how koalas climb and hold on to trees. Print as many copies as you need for a classroom or a quiet afternoon at home.
