Cat Girl Perched on a Big Pumpkin in a Halloween Costume
Coloring guide
A smiling girl dressed as a cat sits on top of a large ribbed pumpkin. She has a headband with pointed cat ears and shoulder-length hair with wispy bangs. Whiskers are drawn on her cheeks, and she has a little cat nose and a big open-mouthed grin. Her costume includes a fluffy fur patch on the chest, a round collar, paw-style mittens resting on the pumpkin and big cat-paw feet at the sides. A long curly tail swirls up behind her, and five stars float around the page. The pumpkin's smooth, wide sections are simple for little hands to fill in. Orange and golden yellow work well there, and a purple or gray costume will make the fluffy chest patch pop. You can download it as a free PDF, no sign-up needed. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the whole pumpkin in pumpkin orange, working one segment at a time and staying inside the lines.
- 2Fill the face, the ears and the little peeking skin areas with peach skin, leaving the eye whites and the nose highlight white.
- 3Color the cat costume (arms, legs, paws, tail, ears and the front of the body) in medium gray, then add the cream white chest fur.
- 4Color the hair and the bangs in warm brown, then add the warm tan collar, coral pink collar trim, coral pink inner ears and mouth.
- 5Color the stars in golden yellow and leave the background white. Optional: add light strokes of darker gray or orange along one side of each shape for a bit of shading.
