Cookie Baking Day in the Kitchen, For Teens Printable
Coloring guide
A smiling girl with a long ponytail leans toward the open oven. In thick oven mitts, she's holding a tray of fresh chocolate chip cookies. Her apron goes over a long-sleeved top, with the bow hanging down her back. Around her are a potted plant on the windowsill, upper cabinets, and the oven knobs and rack. On the counter in front you'll find a large mixing bowl with a spoon, a smaller bowl, a rolling pin, and a tall glass cookie jar that's already full of cookies. It's a cozy, detailed page for teens who love baking or just want a relaxed free printable. Warm golden browns suit the cookies, and a soft pastel apron helps the tray stand out against the kitchen. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background areas: fill the walls and counter with peach beige, and the window panes with pale blue, leaving the window frame and sill cream white.
- 2Color the girl's hair and ponytail with chocolate brown, leaving a few small white strands for shine, then fill her face and neck with peach beige, keeping the eye whites white.
- 3Paint the apron and the oven in sky blue, and color the shirt and sleeves coral pink. Use ocean blue for the oven door and the cookie jar lid in bright blue.
- 4Fill the oven mitts and the red mixing bowl with bright red, and color the yellow bowl with lemon yellow, leaving the thin white stripes on the bowls untouched.
- 5Color the cookies in golden tan, the baking tray in light gray, and the plant leaves in leaf green with the pot in sunny yellow. Keep the towel stripes white.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading on the apron folds and under the cookie tray using a deeper shade of the same color to give the scene more depth.
