Flower Wreath Cross and Butterflies, Good Friday Page

In the center of this free printable stands a large, plain outline cross, with a wreath of blooms curving across the spot where the arms meet. The wreath mixes big daisy-style flowers, tulips, little five-petal blossoms and lots of pointed leaves. Three smiling butterflies flutter around it, one in each upper corner and one at the lower right, each leaving a dashed trail. Tufts of grass and two small flowers sit at the foot of the cross. The wide cross is easy for little hands, and the petals and leaves give older kids more to work on. Pink, yellow and purple suit the flowers, with two greens for the leaves and bold patterns on the wings. A soft gold or wood brown would work for the cross. Kids who like Good Friday coloring pages usually enjoy Sugar Skulls (Día de Muertos) and Matryoshka Dolls too.
