Curly Haired Angel Holding a Sleeping Baby

A little angel with a floating halo and a head full of tight swirly curls leans forward with a small, serious frown. It has big round eyes and one tiny feathered wing on the left. The angel wears loose, baggy clothes with rolled cuffs, one leg kicked up behind it so the bottom of the shoe shows, and the other foot planted below. Tucked against its side is a sleeping baby with a closed eye, a few wisps of hair, and a small hand peeking out at the bottom. The curls and wing feathers give plenty of detail for colored pencils or fine markers. Try pale yellow for the halo, soft blues and pinks for the clothes, and a few shades of brown or gold to make each curl stand out. This free page also works well for a gentle talk about caring for little ones.
