Cute Bat With Spread Wings and Big Ears

A friendly cartoon bat flies straight toward you with both wings stretched wide. It has two tall pointed ears with inner ear shapes, two small round eyes, a larger round nose, and a curved smile with a wide open mouth area below. The wings have curved scalloped edges and thin dividing lines that split each one into sections, and a small pointed tip hangs down at the center of the chest. Two little feet poke out at the bottom beside a rounded tail. The lines are clean and thick, so it works well for younger kids using crayons. Try coloring each wing section a different shade of purple or gray to show how the wing is built, then add a dark blue night sky around the bat. This free printable is a nice fit for a Halloween week or a lesson on nocturnal animals.
