Koala Snacking on a Eucalyptus Sprig

A fluffy koala sits on a thick branch, holding a sprig of eucalyptus leaves up to its nose like it's about to take a bite. The eyes are big and round with shiny highlights, the nose is wide and oval, and there's a small smile between two large, round, furry ears. Its feet rest on the branch with the toe claws drawn clearly. More eucalyptus branches frame the page, with long pointed leaves and little clusters of gumnuts hanging in the corners. The fuzzy fur outlines give kids lots of texture to color, and the big open shapes work well for small children with chunky crayons. Soft gray fur, pale pink inside the ears and a few different greens for the leaves would look great. Print this free page for a classroom project or a weekend craft. Looking for more?
