Cute Panda Mermaid With Bubbles and Fish Tail

A round-faced panda with big shiny eyes and a heart-shaped nose floats in the water as a little mermaid. Its ears and eye patches are solid black, and it has small black arms, one held out to the side and one tucked in front. A scalloped ruffle wraps around its waist where the body turns into a curved fish tail. The tail ends in two wavy fins with fine lines running through them. Three circle bubbles of different sizes drift up toward the top left corner. The big open spaces on the tail and face are easy for small hands to fill in. Try soft blues and greens on the tail, then use the thin fin lines to practice blending two shades together. You can print this free page as many times as you like for a quiet ocean day activity.
