Dancing Unikitty at the Disco With Balloons
Coloring guide
Right in the middle of a party, a fluffy little creature with two curved, striped horns, round ears and a big bushy tail is dancing and clearly having a blast. One paw is high in the air, the other is tucked by its chest, and one foot is lifted mid-step. A sparkly disco ball with light rays hangs behind it above an empty banner, so kids can write their own message or name. Balloons and curly streamers fill the top corners, with a speaker standing on each side. The floor is a grid of tiles with oval spots. There's plenty of fluffy fur here for practicing short pencil strokes, and it's a free printable too. Bright purple or pink would suit the fur, and the balloons and tiles can be any rainbow mix. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big fluffy body, raised arm, paw and tail in tangerine orange, leaving the eye whites and the bright highlights white.
- 2Fill the inner ears and the open mouth tongue with rose pink so they stand out against the orange fur.
- 3Color the horns and the top banner in golden yellow, then add pale yellow stripes along the horns.
- 4Paint the disco ball with light blue and pale aqua, and color the balloons in tomato red, sky blue and violet purple, leaving the balloon shine white.
- 5Fill the dancing floor tiles with light blue, hot pink, mint green, lemon yellow and tangerine orange, and color the speakers in dark gray and charcoal with lemon yellow rings.
- 6Optional: add a little shading on the orange fur with a slightly darker orange to give the fluffy cat some depth.
