Soccer in the Park with Daniel Tiger and a Friend

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• bright blue
• tangerine orange
• dark brown
• pale sky blue
• leaf green
• light peach
• bright red
• caramel brown
• golden yellow
• navy blue
• charcoal black
• light gray

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the sky: color the three clouds pale sky blue, leaving their outlines crisp.
2. 2Fill the grass, bushes, and tree leaves with leaf green, then add lime green accents on the small grass tufts.
3. 3Color the tiger's head, ears, paws, and tail tangerine orange, then add chocolate brown stripes on the head and tail.
4. 4Color the boy's shirt, hoodie, and shorts bright blue, his cape bright red, and his skin light peach, keeping the eye whites white.
5. 5Give the boy's hair dark brown, his boots caramel brown, the crown golden yellow, and the ball's middle panels charcoal black, leaving the other ball panels white.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shading under the tiger's hoodie and along the cape edges to make the colors pop.
