Planting Seeds in the Garden With Daniel Tiger

Down in the dirt, Daniel Tiger kneels with a big smile and drops a row of tiny seeds into the soil. His hoodie has drawstrings, and his striped tail curls out behind him. At the bottom of the page, two leafy seedlings sprout on either side, and a watering can with a round sprinkler head waits close by for the next step. In the background there's a bushy hedge, a flower with a round center, grass tufts, a smiling sun with oval rays, and part of a house with a four-pane window. It works nicely for a spring gardening lesson or a quiet afternoon at the table. The free printable PDF has bold, clear outlines that small hands can handle. Orange would suit Daniel's fur, any bright shade can go on the hoodie, and green is good for the seedlings and bushes. Kids who like Daniel Tiger coloring pages usually enjoy Wild Kratts and The Greatest Showman too.
