A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the rainbow: color the outer band bright red, the next band golden orange, the middle band bright yellow, the next band grass green, and the inner bands lavender purple, leaving the sky and clouds white.
- 2Fill the boy's skin, including face, ears, hands, and chin, with peach skin, then color the hat crown and brim warm brown with a dark chocolate brown band and buckle.
- 3Color the jeans denim blue and the shirt cream, then add grass green bushes on both sides and light green behind the boy.
- 4Color the treasure chest warm brown, adding golden orange trim, lid edges, and lock, and use dark chocolate brown on the chest interior and shadows.
- 5Fill the coins with golden orange and bright yellow, add the orange shovel handle and cool gray blade, and finish with the dirt mound and small dark teal shadow. Leave the flower petals and cloud highlights white.
