Dolphin Swooping Up With Forked Tail and Open Mouth

Coloring guide
A single cartoon dolphin curves across the page with its tail swooping up on the left and its head raised on the right. The tail flukes are split into two clear points, and a small dorsal fin sits on the back. The dolphin has one big round eye with a little eyebrow mark above it, a rounded snout, and an open smiling mouth. One flipper hangs down near the front of the body, and a small curved line marks the blowhole area on top of the head. The outlines are thick and the body is mostly empty space, so it works well for younger kids with chunky crayons. Try shading the back a darker blue and the belly a lighter blue to show how real dolphins have two-tone coloring. It also makes a nice starting point for talking about ocean animals, or for a free printable activity during a sea life unit.
