Drawing a Sun on the Chalkboard: Teacher Appreciation Day Coloring Page

Next to a big chalkboard, a cheerful teacher holds a book against her side and draws with a piece of chalk in her other hand. She has a shoulder-length bob, round earrings, a cardigan over a simple top, a belt, a flared knee-length skirt and flat shoes. On the board she's sketched a smiling sun with long rays and three puffy clouds, and a chalk eraser rests on the ledge below. A small desk on the right holds a globe showing the Americas and two stacked books. Big open spaces mixed with small details make this work well for crayons or markers. Try a yellow sun with orange rays on a sky-blue board, and let your child choose the teacher's outfit colors. Print the free PDF for a quiet, creative moment. This fits right in with our Teacher Appreciation Day coloring pages — see also Snowman and The Grinch.
