Faceted Star Ornament Hanging From a Bow

Coloring guide
A five-pointed star ornament hangs from a big ribbon bow, with a small ring or loop linking the two at the top. The bow has two loops, a round knot in the middle, and long tails that curl out to each side. The star is drawn with straight lines running from the center to every point and every inner corner, so each arm is split into two angled panels, like a cut gem. Those panels are great for shading. Try a light and a dark shade of one color on each arm to make the star look shiny and three-dimensional. The wide ribbon loops leave plenty of room for stripes, dots, or a pattern. This free printable page works well for kids who like clear, bold outlines, and it could also be used for a lesson on shapes and symmetry.
