Family Sliding Down a Water Slide on One Big Tube, Swimming Fun
Coloring guide
Four smiling family members ride one big inflatable tube down a curving water slide. Mom and dad sit at the back holding the tube handles, while a little girl in a flower-print swimsuit and a little boy in swim trunks sit up front with their arms thrown up. Big splashes spray out around their feet at the bottom of the slide. In the scene behind them are a wooden slide tower with a thatched roof, palm trees, leafy tropical plants, a sun with rays, puffy clouds, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella and a round pool float on the water. Large shapes mixed with plenty of small details make it work for a range of ages. Turquoise and light blue suit the water and slide, and the girl's swimsuit could be sunny yellow with pink flowers. Download it free for a classroom project or weekend craft. Kids who like Swimming coloring pages usually enjoy Tennis and Volleyball too.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

- leaf green
- very light blue
- golden yellow
- chestnut brown
- burnt orange
- tan brown

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin of the family: fill the faces, arms, chests, and legs with light peach, leaving the eye whites and small shine spots white.
- 2Color the big water slide with sky blue on the curves and pale aqua on the lighter stretches, then fill the inner tube and the splashes at the bottom with royal blue.
- 3Add the water around the sides and bottom with very light blue, and use pale aqua for the far-off water on the right.
- 4Paint the palm leaves and bushes with leaf green and lime green, color the pavilion roof and tower details with golden yellow and tan brown, and keep the sky and clouds white.
- 5Fill the hair of the father and girl with chestnut brown, then add the swimsuit and tube details. Optional: add a little darker shade on the edges of the slide and splashes for depth.
