Fauna the Deer Mid-Step, Animal Crossing Villager
Coloring guide
Fauna is a gentle deer villager from Animal Crossing, and she strolls across the page with her arms held out and one foot lifted mid-step. Her head tilts a little, and she has a soft smile, round blushing cheeks, big oval eyes and a small dark nose. The large ears leave lots of room for color, and a little tail pokes out behind her. Her sleeveless top has a scalloped, fluffy-looking edge and three toggle-style fasteners down the front. No background is drawn, so a child can add sky, grass or flowers. Warm tan or caramel for her body, cream for the ears and muzzle, and a bright red or teal vest will make the toggles stand out. Print or download it free, no sign-up. Looking for more? A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- salmon pink
- forest green
- caramel orange
- cream
- warm gray
- rose pink
- chocolate brown
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the large round head in salmon pink, leaving the eye shines and the small hip gap white.
- 2Color the side of the head, both ears' outer edges, the left leg and the tail area in caramel orange, then fill the right foot in warm gray.
- 3Fill the dress body, both sleeves and the front panel in forest green, keeping the lower dress front in the same green.
- 4Paint the collar at the top, the scalloped hem trim, both hands and the tail in cream, and add rose pink inside the right ear.
- 5Add the wooden toggles down the front in caramel orange, with the lowest one in chocolate brown for contrast.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes on the green and orange areas to make the folds and shadows stand out.
