Fawn Resting on the Ground with Folded Legs

Fawn Resting on the Ground with Folded Legs coloring page

Coloring guide

A young fawn lies on the ground with its legs folded under its body and its head turned to the left. Its neck is long and upright, and it has two large pointed ears, one in front of the other. The eye is drawn dark and solid, and the nose is a small black spot at the tip of the snout. Along the back and side you will find eight white circles of different sizes, and a curved line on the hip marks the shoulder of the back leg. The tail is a small tuft near the rear. The outlines are bold and the shapes are big, so younger kids can stay inside the lines easily. Try coloring the body in soft browns and leaving the circles white, or let children pick a different color for each spot. You can print it free for a quiet activity about baby animals in the woods.
