A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the tiger head, Daniel's face, and both ears orange, then add chocolate brown stripes on the forehead and cheeks. Keep the eye whites, the pink inner ears, and the pink nose white or pink.
2. 2Fill Dad's sweater and collar with navy blue, and color Daniel's pants navy blue too. Use red for Daniel's shirt and both shoes, leaving the white soles and stripes white.
3. 3Color the sofa in leaf green with a light yellow cushion, the fireplace bricks in caramel brown, the fireplace opening in dark brown, and the flames and logs in golden yellow and caramel brown.
4. 4Color the rug and floor in pale blue and pale peach, the window glass in pale blue with leaf green bushes, and the picture hill in leaf green. Leave the wall beside the sofa white.
5. 5Color Dad's pants medium brown, the flower pot burnt orange, and the tails in orange with chocolate brown and sky blue stripes.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the edges of the tiger and the sweater with a second shade of the same color for extra depth.
