Five Balloons Tied Together for Happy Birthday

Here's a bunch of five balloons floating above a curly ribbon. The big one at the top is covered in stars of different sizes. On the left there's a striped balloon, and on the right one with four hearts. Two smaller balloons hang at the bottom, one with stars and one with horizontal stripes.
