Flamingo Playing a Violin With a Bow

Flamingo Playing a Violin With a Bow coloring page

Coloring guide

A cartoon flamingo stands on two thin legs and tucks a big violin under its beak like it is ready for a concert. The bird wears round glasses with a small circle eye, and its long curved neck leads down to a feathered body with a pointed tail. The violin has two S-shaped sound holes, strings running down the neck, and tuning pegs poking out near the top. A long bow crosses the front of the instrument and reaches past the flamingo's body. The lines are bold and the shapes are large, so younger kids can manage them with chunky crayons. Try pink and orange for the flamingo, warm brown wood tones for the violin, and a different color for the bow. It also works well for a music lesson, since you can ask children to count the strings and point out the pegs.
