Cartoon Flamingo Surrounded by Butterflies and Hibiscus

Coloring guide
This cartoon flamingo has a big round eye and a curved beak, and it stands on one leg in shallow water with the other leg tucked up. Its long neck makes a graceful S-curve, and the wing has big scalloped feathers that are fun to color. Four butterflies flutter around it, and one has landed right near its beak. Large hibiscus flowers with leafy greens sit on the left and right, and a small grassy bank and water ripples complete the scene. Thick outlines and roomy shapes work well for preschoolers and early elementary kids, and it's a free page to print. Bubblegum pink on the body, bright mixed colors on the butterflies and sunny yellow or coral petals on the hibiscus would be fun. Fans of Flamingo coloring pages often like Wolves and Birds as well.

- 2Fill the wing with rose pink and the long legs and feet with salmon pink, keeping the gap between the legs white.
- 3Color the hibiscus petals in bright red and golden yellow, and fill the leaves with leaf green.
- 4Paint the butterflies in golden yellow and sky blue, and color the beak with light yellow and cream, adding the black tip last.
- 5Optional: Add a little shading with a darker shade of each color on the wing and the leaves to give depth.
