Flamingo Standing on One Leg Outline Drawing

Flamingo Standing on One Leg Outline Drawing coloring sheet

Coloring guide

A single flamingo stands in profile with one leg planted straight down and the other folded up so the knee points left and the foot tucks beneath its body. The long neck curves in a tall S shape, ending in a small round head with a circle eye and a downturned, thick beak that has a little lip detail near the tip. The wing is outlined on the back, ending in a pointed tail at the left. Lines are bold and the shapes are big and open, so they work well for younger kids using crayons or chunky markers. Try coloring the body in a soft pink and the beak in black and white, then leave the background plain or add a simple blue pond line around the legs. This free printable also makes a nice companion for a short lesson on why flamingos balance on one leg.
