Flamingo Standing on One Leg With Curved Neck

Flamingo Standing on One Leg With Curved Neck coloring page

Coloring guide

A single flamingo stands in profile on one long leg, while the other leg is folded up with the foot tucked against the standing leg. Its neck makes a big S curve, and the head bends down so the thick, hooked beak points toward the ground. There is a small round eye near the top of the head. The body is a smooth oval shape with a pointed tail on the left. Inside the body, a patch of curved feather lines marks the wing, and a few jagged feather strokes sit near the back and the base of the neck. The background is plain white, so there is lots of room for color. Try pink and orange on the body and a darker shade on the wing lines so the feathers stand out. It also works well for talking about why flamingos rest on one leg.
