Flower Mandala Sea Turtle

Swimming down the center of this detailed underwater scene is a friendly sea turtle with big round eyes and a wide smile. The shell steals the show, with a central flower surrounded by hexagon-shaped sections full of blooms, spirals, dots and triangle patterns, while the flippers have their own scale-like designs. Four little striped fish swim on each side, with tall wavy seaweed, branching coral and small floating bubbles all around. At the bottom, two scallop shells, a starfish and tube-shaped sponges rest on the sandy seabed. So many small spaces make this a good match for older kids, teens or anyone who likes calm, focused coloring. A mix of greens and teals suits the shell sections, and bright orange on the fish will make them stand out from the water. It also works as a free printable for a quiet classroom activity.
