Bat Swooping Toward You Beside a Crescent Moon

Coloring guide
A bat swoops toward the viewer with both wings stretched wide, and the thin wing bones fan out across the large membranes. Its face is front and center, with big pointed ears, round eyes, a small nose, and a tiny fang showing below the lip. Fluffy fur sketches surround the head and chest, and little clawed feet hang at the bottom. Behind it, a crescent moon sits in the upper middle of the night sky, with a few wispy clouds and low hills along the horizon. The wing sections are big and open, so they work well for blending dark blues and purples with crayons or colored pencils. This free page also makes a nice starting point for talking about how bats fly at night. Try leaving the moon bright yellow to make it stand out against a dark sky.
