Stone-Age Road Trip with Fred and Wilma Flintstones
Coloring guide
Both smiling, Fred Flintstone and Wilma Flintstone ride side by side in their stone-age car. Fred is on the right with his hands on the round steering wheel. Wilma sits next to him with her dark hair, a bow-style collar, and a cheerful look. A droopy canopy roof is held up by thick dark poles, and chunky round stone-style wheels sit at the front and back. With no background, your child can draw in their own scenery or keep it simple. Big shapes and bold outlines make this free printable friendly for younger kids. Bright orange for Fred's outfit and soft tan or gray for the wheels is a good start, and the canopy color can be your child's pick. It suits a quiet afternoon at home or in a classroom. - light gray
- cream
- soft peach
- orange
- pale tan
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the awning and the fringe hanging on the left: color the canopy and its edges in cream, leaving the background white.
- 2Fill the car body, wheels, and seat panels with light gray, including the big wheels at the front and back.
- 3Color the faces, arms, and hands of Fred and Wilma in soft peach, keeping Wilma's white collar and any shine on the axle white.
- 4Add Fred's bright orange shirt collar and shirt in orange so he stands out from the gray car.
- 5Finish with the pale tan axle ends and wheel hubs, then add optional light shading on the gray car body for depth.
