A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sky blue areas: color both truck windshields and the side window with sky blue, leaving the thin white window frames and wiper lines white.
- 2Fill the garage door and wall with fire red, and the garage windows with sky blue, keeping the thin white borders.
- 3Color the fire truck body, ladder base, roof lights and bumper with bright red, then add medium gray to the grille slats and side mirrors.
- 4Use sunny yellow for the firefighter's jacket and the hose coil, and lemon yellow for the pants, leaving the white reflective stripes and the helmet top white.
- 5Color the leaf green tree on the left, the lime green small bush, and the charcoal gray boots, wheels and hydrant base for contrast.
- 6Finish with peach skin on the face and waving hand, and add bright red to the hydrant; keep the eye whites and headlight highlights white.
