Four large flowers, each with a dotted center and wide petals, are placed at the top, bottom, left and right. In between, the happy-faced butterflies have curled antennae and heart-shaped patterns on their wings, and they all face the middle. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big leaves around the outer ring in dark green, and fill the small leaves near the flowers in leaf green.
- 2Color the outer flowers in soft pink, and the large flower petals around the middle ring in soft pink too, leaving the flower centers white with their small dots.
- 3Fill the middle ring petals with lavender purple, and the inner circle with sand beige and golden amber for a warm shadow touch.
- 4Color the butterfly wings: sunny yellow for the hearts and orange for the lower wing patches, leaving the white wing edges and swirls uncolored.
- 5Finish with the hot pink center flower, a sunny yellow middle, and small details like the butterfly bodies. Optional: add a few light lines of forest green on the leaves for a bit of depth.
