Giant Sea Monster Tentacles Grab Tiny Pirate Man

Coloring guide
Huge curling tentacles fill this scene, rising out of crashing waves on every side. A small man with a headband and loose clothing is tossed up high on the left, wrapped in the grip of one striped tentacle with his mouth open as if he is yelling. Lower in the middle, a big clawed hand with long pointed nails and spiky horns reaches up from the water. The tentacles have rows of round suckers, and the waves have jagged splashes and drips around them. The lines are bold and the shapes are large, so younger kids can manage most of it. Try coloring the tentacles in two tones, one for the stripes and another for the suckers, then leave the waves in cool blues and greens so the monster stands out. This free printable also works well for a short story prompt about how the man ended up there.
