Two-Story Gingerbread House with Candy Tower and Lollipop Garden

Coloring guide
A tall round tower rises from this two-story gingerbread house, and there's a lot here for little hands to color. The scalloped, shingle-style roof has a heart-shaped cookie on the front gable and a swirl lollipop at the tip of the tower. A balcony with candy railings crosses the front. The arched windows have heart-decorated shutters, and small flower boxes sit under several of them. Down at the bottom, a round wooden door with a swirl candy wreath sits between striped candy-cane pillars, with a stepping-stone path leading to it. The yard is bordered by lollipops, fluffy bushes, flowers and a candy fence. In the background are snowy pine trees, mountains and puffy clouds. Pink and mint green would suit the shutters and pillars, with warm brown on the walls. Print this free page for a quick coloring break any time. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big house walls: fill the lower and upper walls, the tower and the arch above the door with caramel brown, leaving the small round dots white.
- 2Color the roof and tower cone with orange and lavender tiles, and paint the sky clouds pale blue, keeping the snowy roof edges white.
- 3Fill the door with chocolate brown, add hot pink to the front steps, and color the stone path with sand beige and taupe for a cobblestone look.
- 4Paint the surrounding bushes and trees with bright green and leaf green, the evergreen trees with forest green, and the distant hills with light blue and sky blue.
- 5Add the lollipop garden details in bright green, chocolate brown and bright red, and color the heart on the roof bright red with the balcony rim in coral red.
- 6Optional: Leave the window panes and shutters mostly white with a few light blue touches, and add a little darker shading under the bushes for depth.
