- 1Start with the sun and the giraffe's body, neck, and legs in golden yellow, leaving the sky and the tree trunk white.
- 2Fill the giraffe's brown spots with burnt orange, working across the neck, body, and legs.
- 3Color the giraffe's hooves, ears area, and tail tip with chocolate brown, and paint the tongue soft pink.
- 4Color the acacia leaves at the top of the tree and the grass tufts with lime green, then the leaves on the branches and the distant bush with leaf green.
- 5Add the pale beige muzzle patch, keeping the giraffe's eye white and the tree branches white. Optional: add a little darker shading on the belly and legs for depth.
