Girl in Quilted Puffer Vest Twirling Under Maple Leaves

A girl with long hair and bangs tilts her head back with her arms stretched wide while maple leaves drift all around her. The image is turned on its side, so you may want to rotate the page before coloring. She wears a quilted puffer vest with horizontal panels over a sweater that has diamond patterns near the shoulders and ribbed cuffs at the wrists. A striped, ribbed neck warmer sits at her collar, and a fluffy earmuff covers one ear. Small motion lines near her hands suggest the leaves are swirling. The leaves come in several sizes, from big detailed maple shapes to tiny ones. Try a warm palette of reds, oranges, and golden yellows for the leaves, then pick a cool color for the vest so she stands out. This free printable also works well for talking about autumn clothing and why leaves change color.
