1. 1Start with the raincoat, hood, and umbrella panels in golden yellow, leaving the girl's face and the background white.
2. 2Color the umbrella's red and orange panels, the bright red rain boots, and the orange coat pockets and cuffs.
3. 3Fill the frog and the grass in lime green and leaf green, then color the lily pad in leaf green.
4. 4Use peach skin for the face, hands, and legs, and chestnut brown for the hair, keeping the eye whites white.
5. 5Add sky blue to the raindrops, the puddle splashes, and the umbrella grip in coral red.
