Glaceon Bounding Toward You With Diamond-Shaped Ears

A Glaceon is bounding toward the viewer in this clean line drawing, with its head tilted slightly and a calm, confident smile on its face. Two very large, diamond-shaped ears stick out from the sides of its head, and each has an inner outline that leaves room for a second color. A faceted, crystal-like shape sits on top of its forehead, and two long leaf-shaped tufts of fur sweep back behind the head. The front legs are tucked in mid-stride, with small angular patches near the paws and the back legs stretched out behind. The lines are thick and the shapes are simple, so this free printable works well for younger kids. Try icy blues and pale aqua for the body, then use a darker blue or silver on the ear centers and forehead crystal so the shapes stand out. It also works for talking about how artists show motion with the angle of the legs and tufts.
