A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the grandma's face, the girl's face, and both hands with peach skin, leaving the lens areas of the glasses white.
- 2Fill the grandma's hair and bun with pale gray, and the girl's hair and ponytail with chocolate brown.
- 3Color the grandma's shirt and sleeves with lavender purple, and the grandma's apron with raspberry pink, keeping the lace collar ivory cream.
- 4Give the girl a soft pink shirt and blue apron with sky blue, then color the rolling pin with amber orange.
- 5Paint the rolled dough and cookies with honey gold, golden yellow, and butter yellow, and fill the baking tray and table edges with medium gray and caramel brown.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading under the cookies and along the sleeves for depth, and leave the background white.
