Gryffindor Lion Crest, a Harry Potter Printable

At the center of this Gryffindor crest, a lion rears up on its hind legs with one front paw raised and the other reaching forward, its shaggy mane drawn in detail. Behind it, the shield is filled with a diamond lattice and little diamond shapes, framed by an ornate border with swirls and curls on both sides. A wavy banner runs across the bottom with the word Gryffondor in bold gothic-style letters and a big decorated capital G. Pointed shield tips and more scrollwork finish off the design under the banner. Young Harry Potter fans will love it, and the mix of big open spaces and fine details works for different ages. Classic red looks right for the lattice, with gold on the lion and the banner. It's worth printing a few extra copies of the free PDF.
