Happy Dolphin Jumping Out of the Waves, Sea Animals (General) Coloring Page

This dolphin is mid-leap, body bent in a big arch with its nose aimed at a round sun with short rays in the upper right corner. It has a large friendly eye, an open smile, a pointed dorsal fin, two flippers and a tail fin dipping toward the sea. Wavy lines make up the ocean underneath, and bold teardrop splashes fly up on both sides. Thick, clear outlines and roomy open spaces make this free printable a good pick for preschoolers and early elementary kids who are learning to stay inside the lines. A light blue dolphin with a pale belly looks nice, with a bright yellow sun and deep teal waves for contrast. This fits right in with our Sea Animals coloring pages — see also Seals & Sea Lions and Lizard.
