Baby Monkey Snacking on a Banana in a Tree
Coloring guide
Perched on a thick tree branch, a smiling baby monkey holds a half-peeled banana in one hand and pulls at the peel with the other. Big round eyes, an open mouth and a curled tail give it a cheerful, mischievous look. Large leaves fill the corners of the page. Some tuck in behind the monkey on the left, and others frame the top right and bottom edges. Bold outlines and roomy shapes work well for preschoolers and early elementary kids who are still building crayon and pencil control. Golden yellow for the banana, warm brown fur with lighter tan on the face and tummy, and fresh green leaves make a nice combo. Print the free PDF at home for a quiet, creative moment. This fits right in with our Banana coloring pages — see also Balloon and Candy.
