A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big car body and hood in bright red, leaving the windshield and the two stripes on the hood white.
- 2Color the spoiler on top and its support in golden yellow, plus both headlights.
- 3Fill the puddles, the large puddle at the bottom and the splashes around the wheels, in sky blue, leaving the small white highlights untouched.
- 4Color the tires and wheel areas in charcoal gray, with the wheel centers in light gray.
- 5Add the raindrops and small splash drops in pale blue, then color the tongue soft pink and the cheek bright red.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker red on the shaded sides of the car for depth, and leave the eyes and teeth white.
