A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the podium: color the big center block and its top edge golden yellow, the left block light gray, and the right block tan brown.
- 2Color the trophy cup golden yellow and its base charcoal gray, leaving the handle shine and handles white.
- 3Fill the racer's suit, sleeves and cap in tomato red, keeping the belt, side stripes and cap brim white.
- 4Color the face and hands light peach, and the hair chestnut brown.
- 5Color the race car: bright red on the nose and sides, charcoal gray on the wheels and lower parts, light blue for the driver's helmet, and leave the white body white.
- 6Optional: add sky blue and golden yellow to the confetti ribbons, and leave the background white.
